Update for Friday, August 16. It's been too long since our last update, so apologies up front for those waiting patiently.
Fulfillment from the sale is about 40% done. We've had some staff absences due to illness and family emergencies, and that's slowed us down a bit, but we're back to full staff now, so the pace should pick up again.
Since our last update on August 7, fulfillment of Mistwind and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Legacy Collectors Chest has finished up. We can also confirm that fulfillment of Terminus and Honey Buzz: Fall Flavors are done. If you have a pre-order more than 30 days old for either game, and you have not received an address confirmation request, please reach out to us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com.
We also received Ring of Chaos and Castles of Burgundy. Ring of Chaos is already done, and the majority of pre-orders for Castles of Burgundy will go out today. We have to acknowledge that Ryozen did not go out as scheduled, and we apologize for those still waiting. Those will ship out ASAP next week.
In addition to the above, we've just received Defenders of the Wild and Maki Master. We will start fulfillment on those next week. So the queue for pre-order fulfillment is now: Ryozen: Essential Edition, Castles of Burgundy, Defenders of the Wild, and Maki Master.

Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer.
