We're proud to announce that customers outside the US now have a new shipping option - FICP (FedEx International Connect Plus). FICP offers better tracking, more reliable delivery, and lower rates than what we've been able to offer in the past.
Recent customers may have noticed this option already when checking out. Please note that FICP is currently available for orders that only contain "in stock" items. We are in still in the process of setting up our store to ensure that shipping will be calculated correctly at checkout for pre-order items. We hope to roll out FICP for all orders in the next week or two.
In addition, pre-orders in which the customer selected our previous international shipping option - FIMS - will now be shipped via FICP. The entire FIMS program has been discontinued, so it is no longer possible to ship orders using FIMS. This transfer to FICP won't require any action on the part of customers. We've already begun the transition, and hundreds of pre-orders have already shipped via FICP.
