We couldn't make it to Gen Con this year, but we decided to celebrate board games in our own way this weekend! Our warehouse is bursting at the seams again, so we've decided to hold a Summer Sale to make some room for upcoming arrivals. Here are some important notes about the sale:
1. The sale will go from Friday, August 2 through Monday, August 5. It will start at 12:01 am EASTERN TIME on Friday.
2. Early Bird Note: To see the sales prices as soon as they drop, be sure to hit Refresh on your browser at the start of the Sale going live at 12:01 AM EDT. Add games to cart after the sale prices are posted. (Games added to cart prior to the sale prices being posted, will will not change to sale prices.)
3. We are putting hundreds of In-Stock items on sale. Discounts will typically range from 10 to 75% on sale items. NOTE: all games listed as Pre-order will not go on sale.
4. Unadvertised price drops: 29 of 400+ in-stock products on sale have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) restriction from the publisher - so can not appear with a sale price. During the Sale, when you don't see a sale tag on an in-stock game, try adding to cart for the unadvertised price drop.
5. Quantities are limited: No rain checks. We've done our best to verify that the store inventory is completely accurate, but in the unlikely event that our inventory is off for some reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order for a full refund. Once we sell out, we will not be getting more copies of any exclusive products. Plan accordingly. Note that we have many customers who intentionally buy a game at full price before the sale starts to guarantee that they get a copy.
6. We will have many "ding & dent" items for sale. These items are sold "as is". No refunds. As a general rule, the damage is visible, but cosmetic. This usually involves dings and dents on corners and edges, but may include tears, scratches, split corners, etc. Where the damage is more serious, it will be described in the listing.
7. Expect Shipping Delays: Because of the expected volume of orders and the are we take in packing every order, fulfillment may be substantially delayed. If you need a rush order, we apologize and please look elsewhere. This could mean a month or more to ship all orders placed during the sale.
8. We will implement a general limit of 2 copies per item, with some limited exceptions where we have substantial quantities in stock. If you are interested in placing a bulk order for certain items, please contact us first, and we'll work with you as best we can.
9. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by e-mail, phone call, or Facebook Messenger. Phone calls are less likely to be answered (but we'll do our best!).
