Update for Friday, July 5. We hope everyone in the US enjoyed Independence Day (the holiday, not the movie...unless schlocky summer blockbuster action movies by Roland Emmerich are your thing!). We took the day off to enjoy time with family and friends, but several of us are back in the warehouse today to keep the work going. We're getting closer on CMON Retro Collection fulfillment, as we are about 65-70% done. Address confirmation requests go out every day. If you don’t receive an address confirmation request right away from late May, or June, don’t worry. It will take us another week or two to get all pre-orders packed and shipped.
At this point, we have finished pre-order fulfillment for other arrivals, including Charcuterie, 6 Siege (resupply), and Pampero. If you pre-ordered any of these, and haven't received an address confirmation request, please e-mail us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com.
No new arrivals, so the queue for pre-order fulfillment is now down to just the CMON Retro Collection.
STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
The holiday threw off the delivery schedule for several games, so we're moving everything expected this week to next week.
