Fulfillment of pre-orders for CMON Retro Collection continues. Address confirmation requests go out every day, and we're up to pre-orders from mid March. If you don’t receive an address confirmation request right away, don’t worry. It will take us a few weeks to get all pre-orders packed and shipped.
One more reminder regarding our store policy. All together now: we will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
Alongside the CMON Retro Collection, we are continuing to fulfill other pre-orders. We expect to wrap up fulfillment of Robinson Crusoe Collector's Edition this week. Address confirmation requests for Zombicide: Monty Python went out, and we've already started shipping. This might finish up this week as well.
