Holding Your Order and/or Pre-Order
Upon request, The Game Steward will hold your order up to 90 days. You may request that we ship your order at any time within the 90 day window. This feature is not automatic, and you must contact us directly to request a hold, or to request that we ship your order. If you do not request that we ship your order within 90 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
In addition, we ask to confirm mailing addresses for all pre-orders more than 30 days old. We will not ship a pre-order until we receive an affirmative confirmation of your mailing address. We promise to send an e-mail notice requesting address confirmation at least three times, and we will hold pre-orders after the game arrives in our warehouse for up to 90 days. If you do not confirm your address within 90 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
