Update for Monday, October 14. Apologies for the lack of recent updates, but there hasn't been a lot to report (at least, not as concerns us directly). Our warehouse is closed today in observance of Indigenous People's Day/Columbus Day. We'll be open again as normal tomorrow.
To bring everyone up to date, the dockworkers strike ended very quickly (or rather, it's been put on hold to give the parties time to finalize the agreement in principle they reached). So any resulting delays have been fairly minimal. However, Hurricane Helene caused massive devastation, and then Hurricane Milton caused more damage in Florida. Thankfully, we were not impacted directly by either storm, but these storms have definitely delayed fulfillment of several projects,
We received our shipment of Endeavor: Deep Sea, and that has already sold out. Thankfully, we have a few more copies arriving later this month, so if you missed out on our first shipment, you are in luck! These additional copies won't last long though!
We also received most of our shipment of The Night Cage, and the rest is scheduled to arrive in the next week or so. We've already begun fulfillment.
STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed.
